For a lot of us the word motivation is demotivating, something to be avoided, a cliche that has lost its power, and that turns people off.
However, on the other hand we are envious and desirous of the energy, enthusiasm and frequently the success of people who are, dare we say it, obviously incredibly highly motivated.
So what does motivation mean, and why is it important if at all?
The starting point must be, motivated toward what? To be motivated you must have goals, dreams or a vision that you aspire to.

Basically, there are two types of property investment. Most property investors combine the two strategies, for obvious reasons, but in the interests of clarity they are -
1) Cashflow strategy - where the investors primary concern is the amount of money the property will yield him on a monthly basis. That is, once all rents have been collected and expenses paid.

The King Is Dead Long Live The King!!
Yes, the King is dead.
We all know who the King was, the King in Ireland, and pretty much the whole western world for the last twenty or maybe fifty years has been property plain and simple.
For as long as I can remember the rationale was, if you're in property you're doing well, and if you've been in property long you're doing very well.
